Numerous stages to celebrate the music<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Biarritz will once again be the scene of the F\u00eate de la Musique on June 21. This will already be the 39th edition of the F\u00eate de la Musique in Biarritz. A long-awaited event for fans of good music. As usual, the festivities will take over most of the town and the seafront. The city’s caf\u00e9-concerts will be transformed into stages for artists and music groups of all kinds. The various stages, including Les Baigneuses, Olatua and Place Sainte-Eug\u00e9nie, will feature a wide range of musical styles. In 2019, the Parvis Sud opposite the Grande Plage welcomed the Country Roosters with their unique style, a mix of blues and rock. The HK groove also performed here, with a full repertoire of songs inspired by the great currents of contemporary music: pop, rock and blues. As for the Place Sainte-Eug\u00e9nie, it vibrated to the West Indian rhythm, with Yo, le son des Antilles, a band that will also perform in 2019 at the Port des P\u00eacheurs.While the Place Sobradiel in the Halles district saw Thomseeds solo with indie pop and Les Clouds with classic pop-rock.In the city center, other acts were on show. The Ttipito banda always played with its Basque party tunes, ZumbiRei, faithful to the batucada register, the BokaleBrass band, inspired by New Orleans marching bands such as TremeBrass Band, Dr John, or the Mardi Gras Indians were also part of the program. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Never-before-seen concerts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The F\u00eate de la Musique 2020 in Biarritz promises to put even more stars in the eyes of music lovers than previous editions. The concert program will soon be available on the city of Biarritz’s official events website.If you’ve decided to stay at a campsite in Biarritz or on the Basque coast, make a note in your diary of the F\u00eate de la Musique on June 21, 2020. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

There’s no doubt that this year’s f\u00eate de la musique will have even more surprises in store. Last year, the Royal cinema hosted a cin\u00e9-concert evening with two shows and a screening. The first part of both shows featured performances by such talented artists as Victoiria Picone on piano and vocals, Zo\u00e9 Saubat on cello, Mixel Hausseguy on violin and Shue Design on video. The second part, featuring Fran\u00e7ois Malmy on guitar, Luc Marie-Sainte on guitar and looper, and Karen Perez on vocals, provided the “FLK Experience”. The film “Rocketman”, a biopic dedicated to the singer Elton John, was chosen for the cinema part.In Olatua, at the Aquarium snack bar, an atmosphere of electronic sounds mixed with disco reigned. The Musique d’ap\u00e9ritif collective called on Turkish-born DJ Mehmet Aslan for an open-air session. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
