Ventas in the Spanish Basque country are located along the road, from the west to the Hendaye border, and even as far as Valcarlos-Luzaide on the banks of the Nive separating the village of Arn\u00e9guy. Depending on your itinerary, the route des ventas is home to numerous establishments along the way. You’ll have the opportunity to stroll through the ready-to-wear, cosmetics and perfume departments.   • Dantxaria or Danxtarinea<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    In the early 2000s, cousins Javier and Peio Martikorena settled in Dantxaria and set up the country’s first supermarkets. These open-air stores offer tens of thousands of items, including groceries, tobacco, crockery, jewelry, clothing, cleaning, beauty products, gardening and petrol. Traditional ventas can also be found here, making Dantxarinea a benchmark venta in the region bordering France and Spain. Dantxarinea is just 20 minutes from Espelette, an exceptional location for shopping on a budget. The Peio company has recently opened 5 ventas and shopping malls in the American style. In the Ainhoa district, prices are increasingly attractive. What’s more, the mountainous landscape is ideal for strolling between brand-name boutiques and local restaurants, as well as the tapas bars set up on site. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      This is a renowned border shopping area in the Spanish Basque Country. It’s particularly popular for its low prices, so you can save money on your shopping. Peyo also has 5 ventas centers, open 363 days a year. In addition to the 24-hour self-service gas station, the site also features tobacco shops and hairdressers. Compared with the French side, VAT is relatively low on the Spanish side. Especially as it applies to all products on sale: fashion, accessories, drinks and fuel.
